Are your slunks used?
It depends on the item. All Pre-orders are guaranteed Brand New. For in-stock pairs, we carry both new and curated pre-owned gear.
Each item is assigned a grade on our Condition Chart (found in the product description). Most items are in Mint condition unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the specific item description for its individual grading
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What does “Preorder” mean?
Preorder pairs are custom designs that are produced after a minimum order threshold is reached.
Once enough orders are secured, we submit the finalized design for production. Manufacturing and fulfillment typically take 6–10 weeks from the close of the preorder window.
Please note that production timelines may vary slightly due to manufacturing schedules. Estimated timeframes are provided for transparency, but exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Preorders are offered at a lower price due to the extended production timeline.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of resale inventory, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.
