Are your Slunks used?
It depends on the pair. All pre-orders are guaranteed 100% brand new. For in-stock inventory, we carry both brand new and carefully curated pre-owned pairs.
Every item is individually inspected and assigned a grade from our Condition Chart directly on its product page. Most of our pairs are in Mint condition unless clearly stated otherwise.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your exact location and package weight.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your country's local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
How long does shipping take?
For in-stock pairs, orders typically process and ship within 2–3 business days.
Once shipped, estimated delivery timelines are:
- Domestic (US): Usually 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage (may vary slightly during peak holidays).
- International: Typically 7–16 business days, depending on local customs processing and destination.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created!
What does “Preorder” mean?
Pre-order pairs are limited, made-to-order designs produced in custom batches.
Once the pre-order window closes, all pairs go directly into manufacturing. Production and fulfillment typically take 6–10 weeks from the close date.
We provide estimated timelines on each product page and keep you updated via email throughout the manufacturing process so you always know when your pair is on the way!
Preorders are offered at a lower price due to the extended production timeline.
What is your return policy?
Due to the limited, collector nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer preference.
However, your order is fully backed by our Condition & Authenticity Guarantee. If an item arrives damaged, flawed, or significantly does not match its listed condition grade, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
