Trade-In & Purchasing Policy

We accept slunks for trade-in or purchase only after they arrive and are verified to match the condition described at the time of submission. Only then will store credit or cash be issued All items must be sent exactly as represented, including accurate descriptions of condition, style, and any flaws.

Important Requirements:

• Slunks must arrive in the exact condition stated in your submission
• Correct pairs must be sent as described
• Any undisclosed condition flaws, damage, or misrepresented items will result in assessment fees
• Incorrect items or those with condition discrepancies beyond the original description may be returned to the sender at their expense, including all shipping costs

By submitting slunks for trade-in or purchase, you agree to these terms and accept responsibility for accurate representation and associated costs if items do not meet the stated criteria.
