1. How to Start a Trade-In
• Step 1: Reach Out - Send us a direct message on Instagram (@slunksmarket), use the live chat widget on the bottom of our site, or email info@slunksmarket.com. Include photos of the front, back, inner sizing tag, and any flaws, along with your size and condition estimate.
• Step 2: Receive Your Offer - We evaluate your pairs and provide two options:
  - Direct Cash Payout (via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle)
  - Boosted Store Credit (20%+ bonus added toward anything on SlunksMarket.com)
• Step 3: Ship Your Pairs - Once a deal is agreed upon, we will provide our intake mailing address. Sellers package their pairs securely and provide us with the tracking number.
• Step 4: Verification & Instant Payout - Within 24-48 hours of delivery at our hub, pairs are verified for authenticity, condition, and size. Once checked, your cash payout is sent immediately, or your store credit/traded pair is dispatched.

2. Condition Standards & Discrepancies
• Fair Grading: We understand normal athletic wear and wash cycles on pre-owned pairs. As long as items match the photos and details shared in your initial message, your agreed payout is locked in.
• Undisclosed Flaws: If a pair arrives with major undisclosed damage (such as graphic peeling, deep snags, blown seams, or wrong sizes), we will reach out with a revised valuation offer.
• Declined Revisions: If an adjusted offer is not accepted, we will gladly ship your pair back to you (return shipping label covered by the seller).
• Authenticity: Counterfeit, modified, or misrepresented items are rejected immediately.

3. Store Credit Terms
Store credit balances never expire, can be applied to any drop or listed pair on our site, and carry no hidden fees.
