2. Independent Marketplace & Brand Disclaimer
SlunksMarket is an independent secondary marketplace, curation platform, and custom apparel brand. Unless explicitly stated, SlunksMarket is not directly affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by GetSlunks / Slunks LLC. All original brand trademarks, model names, and logos remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

3. Accuracy of Billing, Catalog & Pricing Errors
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us.
• In the event an item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, condition grade, or with typographical inaccuracies, SlunksMarket reserves the right to cancel or refund the order, regardless of whether the transaction was authorized or charged.
• Product images strive to represent exact colors and physical condition, but slight variances may occur depending on device display settings.

4. Secondary Market Inventory & Pre-Orders
• Secondary & Deadstock Inventory: Items listed with assigned condition grades (7/10 through 10/10) are sold according to the parameters set forth in our Condition Guidelines and Refund Policy.
• Pre-Order Windows: Made-to-order custom runs (e.g., SlunksMarket Customs) are subject to estimated manufacturing timelines (typically 6–10 weeks from window close). While we actively track production schedules, turnaround estimates are non-binding operational targets and do not qualify for mid-production cancellations.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
When interacting with our store or submitting trade-ins, you agree not to:
• Provide false identity, payment, or shipping information.
• Submit counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented inventory for sale or trade-in appraisal.
• Interfere with platform security, deploy automated bots, or scrape catalog data.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The Service and all products delivered are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no case shall SlunksMarket, its directors, officers, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or purchased merchandise.

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
